Bust & Bones Privacy Policy

The short version

Bust & Bones does not collect, store, share or sell any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

Who we are

This policy covers Bust & Bones ("the game"), made by Chokes and Jokes. Contact: support@chokesandjokes.com.

What stays on your device

The game saves your settings and progress (the run in progress, Rap Sheets and your Vault of Favors) in the app's own storage on your device, so you can pick up where you left off. This data never leaves your device, we can't see it, and deleting the app deletes it.

What we don't do

• No network connections from the mobile versions, and no third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics or crash reporting.
• No advertising ID, location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos.
• No accounts, chat, or user-to-user features.

Stores and platforms

If you buy or download the game on Google Play, the App Store or Steam, that store handles the purchase and your account under its own privacy policy. We don't receive your payment details. Steam features such as achievements or cloud saves, if added later, are provided by Valve under the Steam privacy policy.

Email

If you email us, we use your address and message only to answer you, and we don't add you to any list. Ask and we'll delete the conversation.

This website

chokesandjokes.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ads. Like any website, our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address under Google's privacy policy.

Children

Bust & Bones is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we don't collect personal information, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete about you. Wherever you live (including under the GDPR or California law), you can contact us at support@chokesandjokes.com with any privacy question.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
